People always have such a negative connotation with Sunday’s; “ah man, I got work tomorrow” or “the Sunday scaries are hitting me hard.” But Sunday’s are the best day to get ahead of your competition and start the week on the right foot. Picture your competitor, someone you hate, or even a friend working RIGHT NOW. They might be in the gym, they might be strategizing about a presentation, whoever they are and whatever they’re doing, use that visual to motivate yourself to do something positive. Either you run the day or the day runs you, the choice is yours...
