I'm a Sales Manager at HubSpot — so when I help you build your CRM and sales process, I'm not guessing at best practices. I'm bringing the same frameworks used at one of the world's leading sales organizations, tailored to your team's size and stage.

Do you only work with HubSpot? +
HubSpot is where I have the deepest expertise — I work at HubSpot and know the platform inside and out. That said, I can work with other CRMs and help you evaluate which platform makes the most sense for your team and growth stage.
How many hours a week does this require from me? +
Typically 1–2 hours per week from you or your leadership team — a standing sync plus async communication. I handle the heavy lifting. The goal is to give you back time, not take more of it.
Do you work with companies outside New Jersey? +
Yes. Most of my work is done remotely. I primarily work with companies in the NJ/NYC area but have worked with teams across the US. Geography isn't a barrier.
How long does a typical engagement last? +
Most clients work with me for 3–6 months during an initial build phase, then transition to a lighter retainer for ongoing support. Some companies keep me on indefinitely as their embedded sales leader. We'll structure it around what makes sense for your business.
What size company is this best for? +
My sweet spot is B2B companies with 5–50 person sales teams — typically Series A stage, or bootstrapped businesses with $1M–$20M in revenue that are ready to build a real sales infrastructure.
What's the difference between the Audit and the Fractional VP? +
The CRM Audit is a one-time engagement — a deep look at what you have, what's broken, and what to fix, delivered as a written report. The Fractional VP engagement is ongoing: I'm actively embedded in your business, building and running things week over week.
